If you use our Services to place food orders with restaurants, in order to process those orders, and in accordance with your direction, we share your relevant personal information with the restaurants you order from. You explicitly acknowledge that you are intentionally providing your personal information to those restaurants through our services, and EATN is not responsible for those restaurants’ use of your personal information.
Other users. Some of our Services display information like your name and profile picture to other users in places like your user profile and gifting notifications. Certain features may let you make additional information available to others; please ensure that you carefully consider which features you opt into.
Customers. If you are at restaurants using our Services, we may share contact or other information that you provide through our Services to potential or actual Customers.
Others working for EATN. EATN uses certain trusted third parties (for example, providers of cloud-based storage and payment services) to help us provide, improve, protect, and promote our Services.
